What does your pricing structure look like?

We offer three tiers: Basic, Standard and Professional. The Basic tier is free and the Standard and Professional has a per user fee as well as a platform fee per project.

Do users I invite to the platform count as users I pay for?

No, you only pay for Clearstory users who work at your company and need access to the software. Project stakeholders that you invite to Clearstory can use the free features, or upgrade to a paid license.

Do you have a free trial for your standard and professional licenses?

Yes, we offer a free managed pilot where you can get complete access to the software. Contact our sales team at the link below to set this up for your company.

How do you support our company after we buy a license?
