# The Future is Clear: Announcing our Series B

Six years ago, we launched Clearstory with a mission to solve one of the construction industry's biggest headaches... Change Orders. With hard work, a passion for our customers, and a drive for innovation, Clearstory is growing faster than we can believe. 

Today, we are thrilled to announce a major milestone in our journey: a $16 million Series B financing round led by Prudence. Industry Ventures and our existing investors, including Jackson Square Ventures, Building Ventures, GS Futures, and Cloud Apps Capital Partners, also participated in this round.

Every month, contractors share over 19,000 Change Orders worth more than $850 million on our network. We’re proud to have 13 of North America's 25 largest General Contractors using Clearstory, including leading Specialty Contractors and General Contractors like Suffolk, Clayco, Kone Elevators, Performance Contracting Group, Barton Malow, Swinerton, and many others. 

As more companies join our platform and our network grows, the value we deliver to our customers and across the entire construction supply chain continues to expand. We've made significant investments in our integration strategy, now connecting seamlessly with leading construction technology systems like Procore, Autodesk, Vista, CMIC, Sage, and HCSS, making Clearstory a reliable, must-have solution in any construction tech stack. Regardless of the financial platform used internally, Clearstory brings transparency and alignment to the building process, keeping all stakeholders on the same page to reduce risk, drastically improve team efficiency, and deliver better project outcomes.

And we're just getting started. We have an exciting and ambitious roadmap in front of us. With billions of dollars at stake in the Change Order process, there is an incredible opportunity for continued innovation. This funding round will allow us to keep pushing the envelope to solve real-world problems for our industry.
